Sebina joined Muldoon Britton in June 2018 as a Solicitor within the Commercial Litigation Department.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree in 2006. She also holds a Post Graduate Qualification from BPP University Law School, where she attained her Legal Practice Certificate.
Prior to joining Muldoon Britton, she worked at a city firm, dealing with a mixture of banking and financial litigation claims and dispute resolution cases including consumer and contractual disputes, debt recovery and landlord and tenant cases. As a result, she is skilled in drafting, negotiating, solution oriented and committed to delivering excellent client service.
Sebina works closely with Michael Muldoon (Managing Partner) and Kris Roper (Associate Solicitor) in providing advice to commercial clients.
She recently concluded a high value creditor’s bankruptcy petition for an undisputed debt matter. The High Court made a bankruptcy order against the debtor and Muldoon Britton were awarded costs in presenting the petition.
She has also successfully settled various banking and financial litigation cases issued in the County Courts against banks. Our clients were awarded compensation together with their legal costs.
In her spare time, Sebina undertakes online Pro Bono work for The DIFC Courts in Dubai (UAE), assisting individuals in need of legal advice and allowing litigants’ access to justice. She was presented the Access to Justice Award in October 2013.
